Lloyd R. Vaughan, Founder and President of Midwest Analytics LLC, has more than 20 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer in hospitals and healthcare systems. He served as CFO for Catholic Health Partners, Chicago; Santa Rosa Healthcare Corporation, San Antonio; and The Methodist Hospital, Houston. He was Executive Vice President of a computer services firm. Mr. Vaughan is a CPA, and prior to entering the healthcare field, he spent 6 years with Ernst & Ernst. Mr. Vaughan is also the founder and Principal of Vaughan Holland Consulting, Inc., a firm that specializes in analysis of managed care contracts and recovery of lost revenue.
	Melody Link, RHIA and Vice President of Midwest Analytics LLC, has more than thirty years experience in health information management. Prior to joining Midwest Analytics LLC, she served as Director of the Medical Records Departments at the Methodist Hospital, Houston; Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles; Shands Hospital at the University of Florida, Gainesville; and most recently, Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.
